1. About the service
myprofileblog.com ("we", "our", "the Service") is a Website as a Service (WaaS) platform developed and operated by GJT Globe Pvt Ltd, providing personal profile page hosting at custom subdomains (yourname.myprofileblog.com).
2. Account registration
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password. You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. One person may not maintain more than one active account on the same plan.
3. Subscription and payment
Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Prices are listed in USD. Payment is processed securely by Stripe or PayHere. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard — cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use myprofileblog.com to:
- Post illegal, harmful, defamatory, or abusive content
- Impersonate any person or entity
- Distribute spam, malware, or phishing content
- Infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
5. Your content
You retain full ownership of all content you upload to your profile. By publishing content on our platform, you grant GJT Globe Pvt Ltd a non-exclusive licence to host and display that content as part of providing the service. We will never sell or transfer your content to third parties.
6. Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for losses resulting from service downtime.
7. Intellectual property
The myprofileblog.com platform, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of GJT Globe Pvt Ltd. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the platform without written permission.
8. Limitation of liability
myprofileblog.com is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, GJT Globe Pvt Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
9. Changes to the service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any feature at any time. We will provide at least 30 days notice before making significant changes. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of changes.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. We will notify you by email at least 14 days before any significant changes take effect. The current version is always available at myprofileblog.com/terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka.
