1. Subscription cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will be made after that date. We do not offer partial-month refunds for unused time remaining in a billing period.
2. 7-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your subscription within the first 7 days of your initial payment, contact us for a full refund. This guarantee applies to first-time subscribers only and does not apply to renewal payments.
Email billing@gjtglobe.com with your account email and reason. We will process your refund within 2 business days.
3. Billing errors
If you were charged incorrectly — for example, charged twice or charged after cancellation — please contact us immediately at billing@gjtglobe.com. We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly. Confirmed billing errors will be refunded in full.
4. Service interruption
In the unlikely event that myprofileblog.com is unable to provide the agreed service due to technical issues or service discontinuation, affected users will be offered a pro-rated refund for any unused service period.
5. How refunds are issued
Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase (Stripe or PayHere). Processing time is 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider.
6. Exceptions
We do not offer refunds in the following circumstances:
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Requests made after 7 days of initial payment (unless a billing error occurred)
- Renewal charges where a cancellation was not submitted before the renewal date
